OUR COMMITMENT

Commitment to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Your comfort and well-being while in the studio is just as important as the final outcome of the beauty service that you are receiving. Lash Locks Studio goes to great lengths to ensure that all products and services are of the highest quality.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your beauty enhancement service, please contact the studio as soon as possible.
SICK POLICY
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we do ask that if you are sick or are/have been exposed to any illnesses occurring in your home (which includes cold, fever, the flu or any viruses, etc) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. Lash Locks Studio reserves the rights to reschedule any appointments of clients who arrive to set appointments with any symptoms of illness. This is for your well being, the artist serving you and other future clients.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / NO SHOW POLICY
​
Cancellations/rescheduling the day before your appointment will result in a $50 late cancellation fee.
Any appointment missed (no show) or canceled/rescheduled the same day as your scheduled appointment will result in the full cost of your services. The card on file will be charged all late fees, no exceptions will be made.

All fees must be complete in order to book a future appointment.

LATE POLICY
We understand, life is crazy and things happen. Our days are typically booked back to back with clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, you will lose that time from your scheduled appointment. The price will not be adjusted.
FILL POLICY
​
All full sets of lashes last 4-6 weeks with proper care.
It is recommended you schedule fills every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes full and beautiful. Over 6 weeks is an automatic full set.

Seasonal Shedding/Growth Cycle- Just like your hair sheds more in different seasons, your lashes do too! Do not be alarmed when you shed lashes; while extensions make lash shedding more noticeable, it is a natural and healthy part of the hair growth process.

AGE POLICY
​
To have a service provided at Lash Locks Studio you must me 18 years or older.
CORRECTION POLICY
​
Here at Lash Locks Studio, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fulfilled with the service you received please give us a call within 24 hours of your service so we can get you back into the studio for a correction. There are no refunds on any services provided, however, if for any reason you are not happy with your service we are more than happy to have you in to the studio to correct that service for you.
REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on any services. However, if an allergic reaction occurs, Lash Locks Studio will provide complimentary lash removal.
